Social Studies - Level 2
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mr P. Adams
Social Studies learning area is about how societies work and how people participate and interact with their beliefs, each other and their environment.
The aim of Level 2 Social Studies is to help students develop an understanding of society and its changing institutions, systems and processes. Students will look objectively at social life, gaining a critical awareness of the ways in which society isorganised, the importance of social groups and institutions, and the place of the individual within these groups and institutions.
