Course Description

For boys taking ADP3, this is the strength and conditioning time available to you to train within school time.
This is an individualised sport and fitness based course that allows the learner to choose their learning and assessment based around the following areas.
-individual skills training programme
-individual fitness programme
-use of the sport analysis suite
-coaching and leadership opportunities inside and outside of school
-social media responsibility for 1st teams (includes filming, commentary of live stream)
You may select this option as a 1 semester or full year course. You may take this course alongside other physical education options.
Opportunities to take Physical Education Achievement Standards if you are not in PHE3, ADP3 or ODE3.

$50 for transport, skills based coaches, apps and specific equipment required

Total Credits Available: 8 credits.

Only students engaged in learning and achievement derived from Te Marautanga o Aotearoa are eligible to be awarded these subjects as part of the requirement for 14 credits in each of three subjects.
