10 Athlete Development Programme - Volleyball

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Darrell Boyd.

This programme allows players of volleyball to develop their motor skills, decision making and sporting resilience through strength and conditioning sessions and in game like situations.

Five sessions per week:

- Two periods focus on strength and conditioning

- Two periods of coaching/skill development

- One period focus on character session (fitness)


Maximum of only 15 students 


Students can only select ONE ADP option in Year Ten.
