•Digital camera / electronic manipulation
•Type and image

Course Overview

Term 1
Students design work for their chosen brand, issue or problem. Learning about typography, imagery and relevant design conventions will occur throughout this term. Students will identify a real world context for their work and how best to target their chosen audience. Site visits, photography and research will be key components of this term.

Term 2
Students continue to design work for their chosen brand. Greater ownership of outcomes and ideas should begin to occur with the student making choices for the direction of their work based on their audience.

Term 3
Students work towards their three panel folio submission during this term. Developing and extending their ideas is key to ensure that their work shows progression. Students will create a range of design based outcomes that are relevant to their brand and audience.
