- Brand new greenhouse with artificial heating and lighting.
- All-day industry trips.
- Massey University Visit staying in students Halls of Residence (two nights).

- Kiwifruit packhouse, Trevelyan's Pack & Cool.

Investigation of an exported horticultural crop and how key attributes are managed by the growers.
Term 2
Research and reporting on key attribute of a horticultural crop that are required by an export market.
Term 3
How export markets shaped the horticultural sector in New Zealand.
