10 Food Technology
Teacher in Charge: N. Peddle
The aim of the course is to make students proficient in planning, cooking, and serving a wide range of dishes. Students will become more aware of the factors that impact food choices and preferences. Topics covered include food safety practices and international cultural investigations. Students will experience preparing meals from a broad range of countries to enhance learning with authentic cultural experiences.
