Chemistry 2

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs M. Ormsby

Chemistry is the study of the world around you. In particular, the microscopic world of atoms, ions and molecules.
• Calculations, types of bonds, solids, polarity
• Solubility rules, identifying ions
• Exo/endothermic reactions + energy
• Rates of reaction, equilibrium
• Organic chemistry
• Acids and bases
• Redox reactions
